Beautiful condo. View from balcony was fantastic. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Pool was great although I thought making people leave by 830 pm was a little too early. Would def stay here again

AC worked great, thank God because it was needed. Other guest and residents were friendly. Shoping and local places to eat were great! Host was responsive when needed. We were able to see 2 shuttle launches; 1 at night & 1 during the day...Super cool. Only disappointment was the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall, highly recommend. Will be back!

This rental has everything you need! Close to the pier and other dinner locations within walking distance. Grocery store was also walkable. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the ocean!

Perfect location on the beach. Condo has everything that one would need, including beach supplies. Beautiful, big, clean pool as well. The only thing we really missed was having a hot tub, as our stay was pretty cool in Dec. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and the building, grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was awesome. We were a 5 minute walk to the pier which had wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

Nice location, condo was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I didn’t like was your parking spot is the furthest from the elevator, it’s close to the stairs but who wants to climb those to the 4th floor, so it is what it is on that. All in all a great place and location.

The property was perfect for our family with 3 couples - 6 adults. It was very clean. It had all the kitchen tools and pans we needed for cooking what we needed. There are restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. The pool was wonderful on days we didn’t want to go to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

I loved how this place had everything we needed. The washer & dryer were a huge plus for us with small kids. We had one small issue with a pack n play for our baby & I reached out about it & it was quickly replaced with a new one. I was very impressed with the communication during this whole process from the time we booked it.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time. The condo is just as good, or maybe better, than described. There are nice beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) if needed. There were two pack and plays there when we stayed. We got to see (3) rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the building, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!!

Very Nice Space

The girls trip was a success at Cocoa Beach Towers! The Condo was very nice, with comfortable beds and great view from the terrace. Beach access is perfect and the pool temperature was superb. Very friendly residents on the grounds and pool area. The building has some age, but the inside living space is up to date. In walking distance to the Pier, Fish Camp, Tiny Tavern, Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, 5 min walk. Very enjoyable!

Spacious & beautifully decorated

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a couple of other condos at this location and this unit was by far the best. The open floor plan as well as the hard to come by third bedroom allowed our family ample space to unwind and connect. During the day we hung out on the beach or by the pool which were just steps away. In the evenings we had game nights at the large dining table. The fourth floor ocean view was great and we loved spending time on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need for a week. The access to the beach was on site and wonderful.
