The Cocoa Beach pier is visible from the living room which boasts a spectacular 22' wall of glass with amazing direct ocean view. You will have access to a beautiful inground pool and on premises parking. If you choose our property, just bring a toothbrush! Oh wait! Those are also included! All utilities are included as well as all appliances-even a washer/dryer! A 30 Day minimum rental is required by our HOA, but time will fly fast staying in a place as serene as this! Come recharge your battery here in Cocoa beach from rocket launches, to drinks and eats at the pier. Great location!
