Totally renovated and updated condo with all new flooring, furniture, mattresses/bedding, air conditioner and 50 gallon hot water heater. New 50" Smart HDTV in living room, 36" Smart TV in the Master bedroom and a 32" Smart HDTV in guest bedroom, all with DVR....just bring your Nextflix log in information. This condo is walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops.
