Great property for a family vacation
I can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this property!
The check-in and check-out process were very easy and straightforward.
The condo is spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler were also available. We cooked a fair bit of our meals at home, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed.
Note for families traveling with young children: there was a toddler bed in a box and a Pack'n Play in the closet, also plenty of plastic cups and plates.
The AC worked well. No complaints about the wi-fi.
We loved being on the first floor. The gated access to the beach is only steps away from the patio.
The condo complex was also clean, quiet and peaceful. The majority of the people we saw there were either families with kids or older couples, and this was exactly the type of place we wanted for our family vacation with a toddler.
I would gladly book this property again if we decide to come back to Cocoa Beach.
