"This was a great place to stay and would recommend for anyone with a family to stay. Was there in early April, the pool with lazy river was fun, they had a movie night in the pool also which my son thought was great. Being able to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, etc was such a great added bonus. I loved the idea of renting bikes, but kids said they were rusty so they probably need a little better maintenance being so close to the beach. The only negative thing I would say room bathroom needed a little work, but it was not an issue at all."

"The costs for water $8 is pathetic - do better. Motivate staff to serve promptly, they move around like turtles."

"We really enjoyed the Inn, it's a very unique property, well maintained and managed. The staff was excellent and always helpful, the daily breakfast was made fresh and delicious and our room was great. We stayed on the 4th floor on the Ocean side, we had wonderful views. It was just a short walk to the beach, parking was easy and overall it was just a great time. They have 2 small dogs that are the house pets as well 2 large parrots, they also had a coffee station available at all times, afternoon cookies and tea, nightly cheese and wine - beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were available on request. We thought all these things make the place feel very warm and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend the Inn at Cocoa Beach. "

"The room is ok. Broken bathroom door and hook for the towels was also broken . Maintenance never came to fix. The air conditioning was great , the bed was comfortable , so was the location near the beach and Publix supermarket. The staff was very friendly."

"Beautiful sea view, the staff were great. The cleaning staff were fantastic. Great breakfast. Cannot fault it, was a delightful stay."

"I do not understand the need to have the main lobby entrance doors locked until 10am. Seems like those doors could be unlocked well before this, maybe 6am. Especially when there is a front desk attendee and breakfast staff in the immediate area at that time."
