Welcome to The Resort On Cocoa Beach! Enjoy everything this newly renovated large 2 bedroom condo has to offer. This gorgeous property boasts a tremendous living room with 1 sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. With 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, guests will have everything they need for a phenomenal stay including washer/dryer in unit, hair dryer, iron, linens, and all the comforts of home. Stay connected with WiFi, stay active in the fitness room, and stay comfortable with heating and AC. There are TVs in each bedroom and living room. Fall in love with Cocoa Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

The property assigns unit numbers at check-in for all guests. All 2BR condos are identical as far as decor, size, and floorplan. There are no ground floor units. Floors 3 through 8 have an excellent view. 2nd floor unit views are limited. You may request a higher floor during pre-registration, no earlier than 10am (in person only!).

ID and credit card required at check-in for a refundable security deposit. No pets, no smoking.
