The Resort on Cocoa Beach, located on Florida’s Space Coast, offers a perfect beachfront escape. Located on the Atlantic Ocean, this family-friendly resort features spacious condo-style accommodations with full kitchens, private balconies, and modern amenities. Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, on-site dining, and a movie theater. With direct beach access and proximity to Kennedy Space Center, it’s ideal for relaxation and adventure.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL. Nearby you can enjoy golfing, kayaking, parasailing, and deep sea fishing just to name a few!

The property features a large heated Outdoor Pool, hot tub, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, on-site Restaurant, sports courts, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Free Parking, and Complimentary Wireless Internet. The resort also boasts direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or surfing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

The building is located directly on Cocoa Beach and the condo provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the side of the building. This deluxe two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. This is an amazing condo with lots of space, very clean, well maintained, and plenty of amenities. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and high chairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

An ID and a credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. Wonderful resort!

We had an amazing stay. There are plenty of things to do at the resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The pictures were accurate. We loved it and look forward to a return visit. 10/10 highly recommend

Good location

Good location. The unit could use an upgrade. There was a musty smell throughout the unit especially in the two kitchen closets. The small bedroom window did not lock. If I had small children in the room, it would have been concerning. We had no issue with noise and the facility was very nice. Upon check in we were directed the concierge desk to receive a free gift. When I arrived at the desk, I was asked to sign up for a 90-minute discussion on buying a time share. I let the individual know I was not interested, and he proceeded to push the issue. I did not appreciate being put in that situation.

Great location

Condo was plenty of space for our family of 5. Beach access was easy. The resort was always clean. The front desk was always friendly. We didn’t use the pool, as we preferred the beach but it looked lively and fun. The gym could use an upgrade and more variety. No free weights and only one leg machine, but we improvised with what they had. There are two ice cream places within walking distance. Both had dairy free options but we really like the rockin retro by the Publix. 4th street filling station was delicious and if you have food allergies they had so many options and the menu was clearly marked. It was a great week!
