Great stay

We looked at many places in Cocoa Beach. We decided to try the spot. We had a lovely time in the condo. The kids had fun at the beach the pier and the pool there are plenty of places to walk to to eat as well as some really good restaurants around.

Alice of heaven by the pier!

We loved ending our Disney trip with a 4 night stay at Cocoa Beach! The place is exactly as it appears in pictures! Walking distance to pool, beach, beach volleyball courts and pier! The place is very meticulously manicured and well kept. It felt safe as well for our kids and we enjoyed being able to walk to dinner on the pier. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling with or without children. There were quite a bit of teenagers around this location.

Terrific location

A lovely condo. Not elaborately decorated, but it has everything we needed. Great location and we loved the view from our balcony: the beautiful beach and tide coming in and out. Plus picturesque sunrises. Only suggestion: have instruction available of appliances and particularly the TV!

The room was newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. View of the ocean was great. The best feature was the roof top deck. We often dances under the stars after dinner! Would definitely return

Great location

The condo was nice and clean with a great location! We were steps from the beach and right next to the pier. We loved the deck on the roof, it allowed us to watch the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral without any obstructions. It may sound weird but I really loved the ease of the elevators!! There has always been issues with the elevators on every trip we’ve taken, maybe bad luck who knows. Not here! Great stay, thanks guys!

Clean and convenient

Very clean and convenient. Everything you could and would need is in the condo. Beach access is a short distance. Curfew is at 9:00 and they are very strict about it. Everything gets shut down- pool, deck, access to and from beach. That was the only negative to this place.

Absolutely perfect

The property was exactly as described. The cleaning crew were amazing. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Communication was wonderful. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and nice. I can't wait to go back! The location is perfect, the area is just beautiful. The rooftop is the perfect place to watch launches from! We did get to enjoy that while we were there too! Thank you for a wonderful, and much needed, vacation!

Perfect for family of 4

This condo was exactly what was advertised and couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, convenient to the beach and local stores. The beach literally was less than a 5min walk and you passed the pool on your way. The pool was nice to cool off and we were able to watch the kids from the balcony. The beach amenities chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and carrying bag were in great condition and we used them all. Two full bathrooms and washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Zareh was so pleasant, responsive, and accommodating both for check in and check out. The rooftop balcony couldn’t have been a better place to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would definitely stay again!

Nice Condo, Great View, Great Location, Musty Smell Issue

Our stay did not get off to a great start. When we arrived in 407, the unit had a very strong musty smell (like a wet basement). We tried to make the best of it but contacted the owner the next afternoon. The owner was great and allowed us to move to 306, which was better, but still had a musty smell. Because of the weather, we were able to turn the AC off and leave the patio door open, which allowed an abundance of fresh air inside. This did help dissipate the musty smell. We reported the musty smell to the owner, and he indicated they would investigate further. With all of that said, the unit is in a great location and the view is wonderful.

Great view, right on the beach!

Spacious, well-kept property right on the beach. Balcony view was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and beach. Very pleased. Gave a 4 star rating for cleanliness because there was mold in the second bathroom on the ceiling and around the towel hook. Otherwise, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay in cocoa beach

The unit was spotless pool was clean and the u it was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beach is less than a minute walk. I am looking forward to booking again here.
