Our stay was better than expected, I had a few issues here and there that were purely preferential and Zareh took care of it for us. My only complaint was that there weren't enough blankets. However, the other amenities made up for that. Clean, welcoming, I felt safe, it was very nice.

This condo was perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities and communication was all too-notch. Things we loved: the sunrise on the rooftop, the proximity to the beach and pier, the pool was pristine, communication with owner. Grocery store is a short 5min walk away. Things to make it better: maybe some basic supplies: salt and pepper, coffee/tea, maybe some complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Overall, we would definitely recommend!!! Fun Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay! The property was very nice and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was the first big vacation for our kids and they loved being able to walk to the beach and having a tv in their room at night. Communication was great with the property manager and everything was very clean when we arrived. Thanks so much for a great place to stay on our trip!

Spring Break

My 16 yo daughter and I spent 3 nights here in mid-April and the unit was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. They have done a good job remodeling; it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and good size. My only complaint was the couch...it has to go; it is old, and the cushions have nothing left in them, you sink and it is uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. Otherwise, noise at night was never an issue. You are close to the Naval base, so fighter jets do their drills during the day, but they were fun to watch. Parking was never an issue either, and the rooftop balcony was a great place to watch sunrise and sunset. We always felt safe. Great place for a couple or family of 4 to stay, you can't any closer to the beach!
