This GROUND-FLOOR 2BD/1BA CONDO is centrally located in BEAUTIFUL COCOA BEACH near shopping, nightlife, and attractions, making this the perfect vacation rental for a family or two couples. The condo was updated with tile flooring throughout the unit and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. We have a new AC unit for added comfort. There is a stackable washer and dryer combo in the condo for extra convenience. The living room features a leather furniture set, a large-screen TV, high-speed internet at 200 Mbps, and more, all included for your comfort. The unit comes fully stocked with linens, towels, utensils, etc.
The complex has a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball, grilling area, and private beach access for your use. Relax on a beach, listen to the waves, and breathe the wonderful ocean air! Have a great vacation on the Space Coast of Florida.

    Lock all windows and doors, and leave the blue key set and the parking permit on the key rack by the door. Lost key or parking permit is $100.

    We had a wonderful month of warmth in Florida. The area is touristy, close to lots of things. The condo was beachside, not directly on the beach, but average.

    Awesome Rental

    I rented the condo because I was waiting to move into my apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The checkin was very easy and the owners were totally awesome. They sent me information before checkin and followed up with me during the stay to ensure all was well. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and of course the ocean. I’d recommend this to anyone desiring a comfortable vacation spot!
