  • Nice and quiet complex with free parking. Steps to beach for surfing and swimming. Complex includes tennis court, barbecue grill and tables. Heated outside pool. Access to games of horseshoes, golf putting, and shuffle board. Walk to nearby fast food, restaurants, and market. 1/4 mile from Ron John Surf Shop. 3 TVs with cable and WIFI, queen bed and two twin beds. Tenants are welcomed to use beach gear and boards available in unit. Full kitchen available. About 45 minutes east of Disney World and all other theme parks. Long term renters accepted.
