The view of the ocean was awesome. So close, the pictures are spot on. The condo host Kim is very friendly and responsive. Condo is super clean and has all the things to make a great vacation. Pool and grounds are very well maintained. Best location. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching cruise ships go by in the distance.

Great stay near the beach!

It was perfect for our family! It was a great place right near the beach with lots things to do. The property had lots of beach gear like chairs and umbrellas! We would highly recommend :)

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed for our Babymoon and had a fantastic time. The owner was always in contact in case we needed anything and this was the best location! Just a quick walk to the beach and the rental had many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to borrow. Would definitely rent again!!!

Perfect Condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

If you want a quiet relaxing time and beautiful sunrises over the beautiful ocean view then your in

We enjoyed 3 weeks …our coffee every morning on the patio watching the sun rise … birds singing .. it was magnificent.. and we took long walks on the beach every day …a beautiful clean pool …we also watched 3 rockets launch one at night and 2 in the day right from the beach by the condo … if you want peace and quiet and all of the above then this condo is for you ❤️

Highly Recommend for Spring Break

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation for spring break. The layout was so great for having two small children. The owners had everything for our beach days and we took full advantage of the sand toys, towels and boogie boards. It was such a treat to be able to walk right to the beach each day. The property owners were so wonderful to deal with and highly responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Cocoa Beach October 2024

Three adults from Minnesota flew to Cocoa Beach to meet up with a friend who works at NASA. The condo was clean, close to the beach, and exactly as advertised. We were minutes from walking to the beach. Quiet place within 5 minutes of the Pier. Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying on Cocoa Beach.

Beachy Fun

We had a great stay, the condo was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, our host was easy and pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Vacation down time

Loved the balcony to see the ocean every day! Five minute walk to the beach. The owner had every accommodation you could think of, she was available 24/7! If we didn’t want the beach the pool was heated and right below us. Definitely would go back!! Thank you Kim

Beachfront paradise condo

Nice condo with ample room. We appreciated the cleanliness. On a cooler but sunny day we enjoyed the southern facing deck. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. The owner reached out a couple times to ensure that all was well.

Beautiful place to stay, clean, plenty of extra toiletries, and toilet paper. I also loved the fact that there were beach towels and chairs (less stuff for us to pack). We also made use of the washer and dryer (which is a must if you’re playing in the ocean). We had a beautiful view of the Atlantic from our balcony. I loved that it was a smaller, quieter, more private place to stay. The property was well maintained, as we were leaving we noticed the “pool guy” doing maintenance. I do wish the pool opened a little earlier, and stayed open a little later. The boardwalk to the beach was very nice with benches where you could sit and maybe take some pictures. I did notice that the other places did not have boardwalks to walk across to get to the beach, just sandy paths. So, we really thought that was nice, and the showers were easy to use and conveniently located to wash off before using the pool after being on the beach. Very nice place, we were on the 2nd floor, so lots of going up and downstairs, something to think about if you have bad knees-might want to stay on the 1st floor. Overall really, great place at a reasonable price. Kim was very nice, and reached out to let us know we could check in earlier if we wanted, she also checked on us and gave restaurant recommendations which is always appreciated when you’re not from the area.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Kim’s condo is very nice. She supplies everything you need( dishes, paper products, towels and linens, beach chairs and umbrellas and so much more! The beach umbrella in the living room closet comes in handy at the pool! Her condo is in a good location in Cocoa Beach and both the pool and beach are easily accessible. Really nice pool and beautiful sand beach. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Plenty of pans, kitchen utensils and a Kurig coffee maker. Kim is great to communicate with if you have any questions. Loads of things to do in Cocoa Beach. It would be helpful if the tvs had a list of channels available so you would not have to channel search to find different shows or news channels. Her unit is on the second floor and very quiet. Two sets of concrete steps to consider if you have trouble climbing stairs. Overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s condo😃.
