Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed for our Babymoon and had a fantastic time. The owner was always in contact in case we needed anything and this was the best location! Just a quick walk to the beach and the rental had many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to borrow. Would definitely rent again!!!

Perfect Condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

Highly Recommend for Spring Break

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation for spring break. The layout was so great for having two small children. The owners had everything for our beach days and we took full advantage of the sand toys, towels and boogie boards. It was such a treat to be able to walk right to the beach each day. The property owners were so wonderful to deal with and highly responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Cocoa Beach October 2024

Three adults from Minnesota flew to Cocoa Beach to meet up with a friend who works at NASA. The condo was clean, close to the beach, and exactly as advertised. We were minutes from walking to the beach. Quiet place within 5 minutes of the Pier. Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying on Cocoa Beach.

Nice condo with ample room. We appreciated the cleanliness. On a cooler but sunny day we enjoyed the southern facing deck. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. The owner reached out a couple times to ensure that all was well.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Kim’s condo is very nice. She supplies everything you need( dishes, paper products, towels and linens, beach chairs and umbrellas and so much more! The beach umbrella in the living room closet comes in handy at the pool! Her condo is in a good location in Cocoa Beach and both the pool and beach are easily accessible. Really nice pool and beautiful sand beach. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Plenty of pans, kitchen utensils and a Kurig coffee maker. Kim is great to communicate with if you have any questions. Loads of things to do in Cocoa Beach. It would be helpful if the tvs had a list of channels available so you would not have to channel search to find different shows or news channels. Her unit is on the second floor and very quiet. Two sets of concrete steps to consider if you have trouble climbing stairs. Overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s condo😃.

The kitchen is a little small, but overall has everything you need for a stay. We were able to cook dinner and not go out. The pool was kept immaculate, the beach is right there and the apartment has everything you need to be on the beach. I could have stayed forever. Host was also very easy to communicate with.

Where do I begin? If you’re looking for a great, relaxed place to stay, look no further. Kim’s place in Cocoa Beach is the perfect location: right by the beach (with a view, guaranteed), clean and chill pool, and everything you need to stay for multiple days in a row. We will consider staying here again. Kim’s friendly communication was also a major plus, she’s very responsive and has tons of tips for the local area.
