Generous primary suite offers dual vanities, walk-in closet & sliders opening to the balcony. Ideal location - restaurants, shops, parks and the sandy shores of Cocoa Beach are just a 7 minute’s walk away. Enjoy the ease of a back entrance straight to Publix, making errands a breeze. Two community pools & fishing dock are available for our guest as well as a private garage. Whether you crave tranquility or a lively vibe, this condo has it all.

- Minimum rental term: 30 consecutive days only - no short-term stays are permitted as per HOA!
- Once a guest books their visit, we will ask for your email and send you a "Guest Information Form" which needs be completed and submitted to the condo management prior to guest arrival
- No parking on HOA premises of Motorcycles/ Boats/ Trailers/ Motorhomes/ R.V.'s/ Commercial Vehicles as per HOA rules
