Waterfront condominium association with private access to beach. Main level recently remodeled with new kitchen, half bath, flooring and laundry area. Desk added to living room area for additional work from home space. Upper level includes two large bedrooms and two full baths. Upgraded memory foam mattresses in bedrooms. Short walk to the Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping. One minute walk to the beach and less to the pool when leaving the condo.
