The Neighborhood:
Cocoa Beach is a quiet and relaxing, but filled with plenty of opportunities for fun an excitement. It's an area that is perfect for those looking for a peaceful but fun escape. Our townhome is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, with so many options for restaurants, bars and shops, you can count on leaving your car parked during your whole stay. Or go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. This also makes a great spot for a pre and post cruise destination. With everything that we offer in our beachfront townhome, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.

Getting Around:
The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

Regarding the 8-guest occupancy, we provide 2 queens and 1 king bed that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest. Along with a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
