The Space:

Step off the sand and into your own surf-inspired studio at The Juni, where beach mornings and downtown Cocoa evenings are both just steps away. This is the Tables unit, named for the local surf break, and it's built as a design-forward home base for a laid-back coastal stay.



Living space

The studio layout keeps things simple and comfortable, with a kitchenette tucked in for easy meals between beach sessions. The design-forward concept runs throughout, giving the space a distinct, put-together feel rather than a generic rental look.



Sleeping arrangements

You'll rest easy on the queen bed, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades ready for a good night's sleep after a day in the sun.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchenette is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper on hand. Dishes and silverware cover bowls, plates, cups, and more, and you'll find a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee for easy mornings.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water, along with cleaning products, shampoo, and body soap.



Outdoor & shared spaces

Step outside to a backyard space and a BBQ grill for casual evenings, or head to the shared pool and patio area to cool off. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are on hand for your time in the water.

The Juni sits in the heart of Cocoa Beach, steps from the sand and steps from downtown. Walk to restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and yoga studios, or spend the day exploring the golden sand and well-known surf breaks nearby. Rocket launches are a regular sight from this stretch of coast, and the calm waters of the Banana River make for easy paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, while the Atlantic side brings the waves. For a slower pace, the trails of Canaveral National Seashore offer a scenic nature walk through local wildlife habitat. Orlando's theme parks are just a short drive away for a day trip, with Cocoa Beach waiting for you to unwind in when you're back.



Additional details

This single-level home has no stairs, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. A private entrance, dedicated workspace, and high chair are also available, along with the standard comforts of air conditioning, heating, TV, and free parking on premises or on the street. Pets allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- The pool is under repair
