Experience luxury living in this 4-story riverfront residence in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Village. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and over 3,300 sq ft, this private home offers stunning river views from every floor, private terraces, a private elevator, and garage parking. Enjoy spacious living areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and dedicated workspaces. Walk to local restaurants, shops, and Cocoa Riverfront Park. Just a short drive to beaches, Kennedy Space Center, and cruise terminals.

As you arrive at the property, you’ll pull into the private garage located on the ground level, which offers secure parking for two vehicles and direct access to the home. From here, you can either take the stairs or ride the private elevator to any of the four levels of this spacious 3,300+ sq ft residence.

The main living area, located on the second floor, is open and inviting—featuring a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto a private terrace with views of the Indian River. This space is ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.

Upstairs, the third floor offers two generously sized bedrooms, each with ample closet space and private ensuite bathrooms. One of these rooms also features a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The top floor is dedicated to the luxurious primary suite, a true retreat with expansive views, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Guests will have full access to the home and shared access to the garage and exterior courtyard with BBQ grill and kayaks. If you have a large group, and would like to book a second unit, please send a message. We may have another unit available in the same building. The building consists of 3 identical townhomes, each 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, same floor plan.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set both thermostats to 78. If used, return the garage door clicker to the 1st floor foyer, hang by the door.
Trash bin pickup days are Mon/Thur, and Recycling bin is Wed, along Brevard Ave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
