"Cons - In need of an update, bed was not comfortable and there was a lot of noise above and to the side of us. Tv was going out as well. I was not a fan of the breakfast. Pros - easy walk to shopping and food. Sunset spot is nice, pool (not heated) and hot tub, grounds are all well kept. Staff was great"

The property is right across from the Sedona shuttle which takes you all over Sedona. As a sidebar - we knew ahead of time that parking was extra but a little pricey for an open unprotected parking lot. extra "

"Everything was fine for just the need of a bed. We didn’t have time to experience anything else about the place. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. One complaint: the website says hot buffet breakfast but it was a cold grab ‘n go. "
