Our stay exceeded expectations. Clean, safe neighborhood, quiet and value for money. Great walking neighborhood. Easy to get the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast and Pedro were a great bonus.

Beautiful hotel. A oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Excellent service.

On the plus side: It's a charming hotel located in a wonderful part of the city. All of the staff I dealt with were courteous and, in a couple of cases, very helpful. The rooms were, overall, nicely appointed (some rough edges notwithstanding). The rooftop terrace was inviting. And the extra-cost full breakfasts that I was fortunate enough to have included in my reservation were delicious. On the minus side: It was noisy (strong thumps and reverberations every time the pump that fills the rooftop cistern shut off; thumps and reverberations from heavy-footed guests overhead walking and moving stuff around; and loud, live, outdoor music from a nearby restaurant one night). And the winding metal staircases to the rooftop can be a little tricky. Despite a lack of sleep, I don't regret my stay because the positives were very positive. And while I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here I would suggest that you try to get a room on a lower floor at the back of the hotel and hope that any guests above you aren't too noisy.

I almost never leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. Everything was amazing from the incredible staff to the delicious food and perfect location. Breakfast was outstanding, and Jair and Orlando went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Mexico, for so many beautiful memories. ¡Gracias por todo! 🇲🇽✨
