7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

8.4/10 Very good! (52 reviews)
Maybe we didn’t know what we were getting into.. but, it is not as pictured. Worn, dirty, and positioned above a pub. The pub wasn’t even the issue, not even close. it was the street noise and every single sound coming through the windows. Street noise, traffic, garbage trucks, construction. And this was despite being provided air plugs..Red flag. no good staying here if you want any sleep. But to speak to the cleanliness. There was none. Everything was rusted and dirty. Don’t do it. Oh and there was also a stage in the apartment. Apartment 1

"This hotel has grand ideas but fails to live up to them. On arrival you are asked to authorise a credit card "to cover room damages" and to sign a key card. However, the key card is useless as you can't charge anything to your account as "the manager says we have been caught too often". Clearly this ..."

"Super comfortable bed! Quiet room with an opening window for fresh air. Some aspects were were showing their age due to the age of the structure (cracks in ceiling types of things) but updated and decor was beautiful. Great helpful staff. Close to the train station, reasonable walk to the old city ..."
