• Free parking available in all Riverstone lots (except one-hour spots near theater)
• Monthly rental discounts available upon request
• Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great Location

Early Xmas trip

Riverstone is a great area. The Riverstone condos are secure, quiet and very nice to stay. We stayed a week and celebrated an early Xmas with friends. Lots of places to go, eat and see even if you want to make a short drive into Spokane to see the sights and Xmas decorations. Property manager was very friendly and easy to contact if we needed to.

Nice Weekend Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Cub Condo. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was above a shopping center. But you never would guess that when in the condo. The condo was clean and spacious and close to many amenities.

Mother’s Day

Beautiful condo, very clean and lovely space. Much cheaper than a hotel and so much more room. Location is perfect, shopping right downstairs and the lake is just a few minute drive. Host is awesome and always available. We will definitely return!

Nice but couldn’t get the AC to work cause it was very hot in there. We had problems checking in. Carpets in bedrooms need to be updated. Other than that it was good.

Perfect!

Perfect “home base” for everywhere we wanted to go. Condo was just as pictured and exceptionally clean. Loved having a recliner since my dad sleeps better in one than a bed. Couch was comfy as well not the hard sterile furniture that most rentals have. Paul was very communicative and wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. Close to downtown without all the excess traffic. Parking was close to the entrance. Will definitely be back!

Vacation Destination

We were pleasantly surprised of the location of this property which was centrally located in Coeur d' Alene. Some of the best restaurants were conveniently located within walking distance. There was a beautiful walking path along the Spokane River. This property was beautifully decorated and supplied with all the essentials including a full-up kitchen, laundry room, two extremely comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was especially nice to sit in and relax and enjoy the summer time temps. This property is highly recommended and we would love to return sometime soon in the near future.

Fabulous property

This is the cleanest property we've ever rented. It is centrally located with restaurants and shops all in walking distance. It felt very safe and secure with a lobby that required a code to enter. We would definitely stay there again!
