"Sad to see the manager was only concerned about getting paid for the extra family members that joined me and not in making sure his clients had a great experience. He seemed to be a bossy person as he appeared to be upset at the secretary for some reason. Aside from the check-in tensions, my family and I Ioved the wooden houses and cleaningnes of the facility. Playing volleyball at the beach was fun, and there were two pools where you could relax with your loved ones."

"The check in was the easiest of all places I have ever been to' The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying at this place and I absolutely love it. Very good community, a one-minute walk to the beach, 30-minute drive to the Puerto Plata airport and close to downtown."

"My room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The room overlooked the pool - I was at the center of everything. The staff was so helpful and kind, from the driver (Luis) they connected us with to the wait staff, cook, bartenders, maintenance, and a welcoming reception. The food was absolutely lovely, fresh, and the taste was amazing! We celebrated my son's 11th birthday there. I can't wait to return. My one regret was that I had zero time to enjoy the yoga classes. But I will return soon."
