"I Love this place outside the room but that's how it has been for the 24 years I have been going! I hope it would have gotten better but they don't care because there was not one empty room in the place because of the Canadian omission from Cuba. I was sad service was lacking. Too many people and getting a glass of water with your meal was a project. The restaurant reservations unless you were on line by 8 am scoring a spot at a reasonable time was not possible. The buffet was good as usual for all inclusive. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and bars are great. The rooms like I said well... No hot water for 5 of 6 days. Zero water pressure it trickled on you. No one cared. Air Conditioning said 20 degrees but slept sweating with no blankets every night. They came to room and show you it said 20 but it should be freezing if that was true. Asked to have sheets changed due to bites all over our bodies never done. 2 nice housekeepers came a midnight to help us out on a request we asked for at 2pm. Still itching 😩. No security lock on front door. No live TV had to use apps. The free Internet was good for all those people. Safe was free now which was great. Access to my favorite beach was through Select Area. Green flag almost every day was awesome. No beach chairs even with Chair police who were useless.They allowed towels with no bodies for long hours. Beach towels cheap now and always damp. The rooms need TLC and more beach chairs a must & Ceiling fans a must. "

"The room was not cleaned. The bathrooms were filthy and the AC was not running properly. The beds were not sturdy enough to where most of the time they were making noise and the middle were sinking. We had to sleep on the corner to avoid further discomfort. The refrigerator in the room was not working so we had to move some of our stuff to the next room. The chairs were broken and we couldn’t seat on them. The beach view was alright however the currents were very strong. We try spending some family time at the VIP beach spa and one of the beds that are supported by cables snapped while we were laying on it. "

"Tuve una mala experiencia Waoo Pague por el hotel cuando llegué me mandaron a otro porque no tenían espacio. Luego me envían a la habitación cuando llego son 2 cama pequeña cuando yo no pedí eso, inmediatamente me dirijo a resección y no hicieron nada fui 4 veces"

"This was our first all inclusive experience. Though not really our thing, it was good. Food was quite good. Staff were very good. Maria (housekeeping for suite 236) was amazing!! The place was very well maintained. The beach is not amenable for swimming. As to be expected, it was also windy - very windy! That was disappointing as it drove is to the pool area more than normal. Not sure if this is always the case or if it was because it was spring break, but the pool had tunes pumping pretty loud almost the whole time. You also need to claim your spot early. There is a hard push for vacation property sales pitch (basically timeshare). When booking through Hotels, it does not include airport shuttle (taxi ranged from $40 to $60 USD). Also, do not expect the property to respond to messages through the Hotels app. You need to email them."

"My experience wasn’t the best. The staff, from the lobby to the buffet and especially the coffee shop, often seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The elevator wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and the food was disappointing. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and clean, which was definitely a highlight. To be fair, this was just my experience—others may feel differently. The only people who seemed genuinely happy were the entertainment crew… and the timeshare reps trying to sign you up."
