"Bathroom could use a makeup miror and towl hooks near the sink"

"One person at desk Friday nite. Bed had slump in middle. Restaurant staff when ask a question in evening was not friendly. Room was clean. Shuttle service good"

"The lobby was beautiful, however the building that was where our room was located, was not. It had an odd smell, the doors didn’t close right and the room was starting to look run down. I asked for a fridge and we got a mini fridge that was so dinged up, I thought it was a sidewalk find. The bedsheet had an odd stain on it, and we found out in the middle of the night that our toilet was leaking into another room. The plugs by the bedsides didn’t work either. It was ok for its purpose (2 night trip), but i don’t think I would stay again. "

"The staff was great. So wonderful and helpful. The property is in real need of refurbishment. Non-functional lamps, missing fixtures, odd bits of things you can’t identify in public corridors. The key card verifier on the elevator was non-functional. There was one lamp where wires were fraying at the base. It suited our needs (staying only to sleep) but it was somewhat underwhelming as a property."

"Good buffet breakfast! The staff is great and they even have a menu for dinner if you don’t want to go looking for dinner. The location was very convenient and close to the metro station. We had a great experience."

"Very nice, clean, modern hotel in a great location. Easy access to the metro. The A/C unit made some strange noises occasionally. "

"Room had stains on couch and bedding. GROSS! Elevator broken. Cleaning staff was friendly, but also frustrated with broken with elevator. Breakfast okay... area not so clean. NOT MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ABOUT DAILY PARKING FEE. "

"The room we were given appeared to be unused in months. It looked like a room they would give people on a whim. The shower floor was growing mold/fungus. After some back and fourth with the staff, they offered to change our room. This was at 10:30a.m. We packed all our things. And waited until 4p.m. And was only given a new room when we went to the front because no one was updating us. "
