"Old machines at the Gym"

"The bathroom floor was dirty. There were some stains on some of the towels (which were very basic towels btw— not very soft, certainly not high end.) the bathroom ceiling showed wear and tear with sloppy attempts to fix it. "

"Property was clean. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Those are the positives. Here are the negatives: pillows were too thin, Chromecast wifi was spotty and kept disconnecting, television kept turning itself on even after I turned it off (imagine waking up at 3am with the TV turned on), amenities were poor - unless you like a high end steakhouse - they don't even give free coffee in the lobby (you get lousy k cups in your room), Brown bag deli was closed in the morning I was there for a catering event so there was nothing onsite for breakfast. Room didn't get cold enough at night. "

"Our room was spacious and quiet. In the kitchen there was a fridge that was stocked with drinks. A separate fridge and a microwave would be great. "

"The main areas were nice and clean and up to date. However, my room was old with chip paint in the tub they painted over which made the bathtub look dirty. I had to run and buy bath mats to take a shower. The elevators were always not working causing the entire hotel to use one elevator. "

"Not sure about the pets. The place was really nice and clean. Had a nice little bar and restaurant in it with great food. Internet was great no problems. Staff was happy to help my fiance and I navigate the bus system. Definitely recommend great place"

"Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was ready early which was also very nice. It ended up being terrible weather during our stay so we tried to book some spa services to stay out of the weather. The spa didn't answer, but then did call back to inform us they didn't have any staff actually on site and would have to call them in. They couldn't actually tell us if we could book an appointment until the next day and asked us to call back. The next morning called back to try again-but no answer. We had breakfast in the lovely dining room-decent food and very nice waitstaff. Also had dinner in the lounge. The cocktails were delicious, but the food was so-so. There was a large conference and I think the kitchen might have been overwhelmed-food took forever to come and was just not great "

"We had a great time at the hotel. the room was a good size, the hotel was quiet and the pool was a lot of fun. Easy to get around, about 15 minutes walk to Georgetown for shopping and restaurants. We has our daughter with us so we got taxis to the museums but I would guess it would have been about a 1 hour walk. Great place!"
