For a vacation with family or friends, Villa Luminosa will treat you to unique sunsets while relaxing by the heated pool or enjoying an aperitif on the veranda.

The single-storey detached villa, perfect for up to 8 guests, offer a spacious living area has a large sofa, Tv, Starlink high speed Wi-Fi, wood dining table.

The full equipped kitchen with induction hob, combined oven and microwave, spacious fridge and freezer, wine cellar for your favorite bottles, will let you cook delicious meal.

The large sliding windows in the living room invite you to discover the covered porch with outside table facing the private pool with a partial lake view. Porch with electric grill available.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 with 2 separate beds) and 4 bathrooms (3 are en-suite) furnished with modern design elements with an exposed wooden ceiling.

Designed master bedroom with panoramic windows over the pool with Tv and modern bath en suite with shower will let you relax looking the mountains and pool.

A twin bedroom and a double bedroom (with TV) in the middle of the house with each bath en suite with shower.
Single bedroom or with possibility to become 2 single beds complete the property with another full bathroom with shower.

Private heated swimming pool (from 15th April to 31st October) to relax and admire our beautiful sunsets.

The amenities - Starlink Wi-fi high speed, 3 TVs, 1 sounds bar with 1 portable speaker, wine cellar, large fridge with ice cube maker and freezer, storage for bicycles, Bed linen and towels are provided for each guests - ensure a luxurious stay.
