It starts at the front desk! They are cheerful and lovely to work with, considering we arrived so late in the evening. We took advantage of the spa facilities at Aria, it was easy to go to Lugano, and the view from our room and from every room now the sun and moon coming over the Alps and Shining on the lake was, something to look forward to every single day. And you must take advantage of the breakfast!!!’

I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay. The property was super well kept and clean, while also offering endless amenities. The family spa was a great place to unwind and relax. The breakfast was amazing- 5 star. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great view. The main selling point for this property was the service. The staff was extremely helpful, informative, and polite. They go out of their way to make your experience as amazing as possible. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a 5 star quality resort and staff!
