Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future.

The resort’s landscaping is amazing, with beautiful lake view. We came to the area for Lake Como, and staying here provides a more peaceful vibe. There is limited wheelchair accessible area, but I believe the resort upgraded us to accommodate our needs. Don’t skip their breakfast with outdoor seating! The variety of food and the view are fantastic.

Views for miles! Amazing stay and gorgeous property. Great service from the staff. Cant fault this property with anything really. It is on a hill, but then you cannot get the views if you dont want to go up. Properly has elevators and good parking, so it is not a problem. The rooms closest to the beach/lake have some traffic noise. Loved this property. The breakfast was the best out of our entire vacation. So much variety. Will be back.

Amazing service and beautiful location

The hotel location and grounds are beautiful. Great views of the lake from your room and all over the resort. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond on many occasions. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable.

Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! Thanks so much to all the staff for the perfect stay.
