Lovely property overlooking Lake Como in Varenna. Perfect location in quaint Varenna. Has everything you could need! Very clean, good amenities, and very responsive staff. Delicious daily breakfast included. Perfect stay!

The staff was extremely helpful and the location was an easy walk to the ferries and Villa Montasero and Cipressi. The town is small and most things close around 10 p.m.

I loved this Hotel, the location, the convenience, the amenities and the staff all 5 stars. I was a solo traveler and had a single bedded room so no view boo hoo- but I will return walkable to train and ferry- excellent

The hotel is in a great location and the staff went above and beyond! There were 3 staff members who were really attentive and unfortunately I can’t remember their names except for Aziz and that’s probably because we spent the most time with him. The tall young lady who checked us in and the gentleman who appeared to be the head server at the restaurant were the other two.

We stayed here recently for 1 night and the staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel which were both exquisite. The room was brilliant with a lovely view of the lake. We will be returning. Cannot recommend enough.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional and we had a view to the lake from our table that we we will remember forever!! A free shuttle to and from the train station was an asset. Very friendly personnel. We ate at La visteria in the hotel and had the most wonderful culinary experience , michelin type experience, although not michelin starred or Bib awarded restaurant , certainly was at this level. Highly recommended.
