We loved staying here, the place was very clean and beautiful and the outside patio was amazing for breakfast while seeing the lake. The only thing is getting to the hotel is hard and definitely a good amount of walking so just be prepared for that. We enjoyed everything else though.

The hotel is a bit removed from the main village of Bellagio, but worth it. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and everything was very clean. Our room was large and the A/C worked well! The patio area where they serve breakfast has an amazing view! Great space to eat and/or sit back and relax.

Our room did not have a balcony or view, but it was large and clean and right next to the breakfast room. Very short walk to the nearby private green space with beautiful views of Lake Como. Very nice, helpful staff.

Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. Everything was perfect

Great little guest house in quiet neighbourhood but an easy walkable distance to the town and ferry. Hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough to help you.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the property was gorgeous. The location is conveniently located near a bus stop and around 20 minutes from the downtown area. It is very hilly so be prepared for that!

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. Irene was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Our room at a lovely view of the lake and the breakfast terrace also had a great view. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bellagio and the surrounding area
