"The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach.
The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water.
Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker.
In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu."
"Hotel is in a good location in Colico, not far from the train station and just a short walk to the harbour area with most of the restaurants. Also a great selection of food at breakfast"
"This is my first time coming to this town and this place that we stay in it. It was in my opinion the best of the best the view, the hospitality and the warmth the owner showed to his guest. I highly recommend it to everyone. "
"Beautiful location nestled between Tremezzo and Lenno. Our balcony view was spectacular as was the service and food. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We felt it was a good value as contrasted with neighboring hotels."

"This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you."
"Basic room but clean and comfortable. Great location, very much accessible to ferry station and restaurants. Very old TV must be upgraded to smart TV. Information about Ferry timings is incorrect from reception. They give you the information for the cheapest fare only but there are speed boats available with few Euros more. Same is true for bus rides which are free after 7 pm but you can pay small amount for your convenient timings to catch the Ferry from other stations.

"We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!"
"Tout est simple en allant chez eux !
Ils sont disponibles et très arrageants comme pour venir nous chercher à Bellagio avec leur superbe Van 👍
La chambre toute neuve est vraiment agréable et la vue est à couper le souffle !"
"The USP of this property is the amazing view down to Lago di Lugano across into Switzerland. There is also the interesting story about the old funicular railway to the rear of the hotel which closed in 1977 but may be refurbished and reinstated if funds can be secured.
It is a rural location, about 20 mins walk from the nearby town of Lanzo d'Intelvi and the bus service from Como drops you about 400m from the hotel reception if you aren't driving.
Rooms were not air conditioned but you do get a oscillating fan!
Get a room with a view and you won't be disappointed "
"We could not have asked for a better location. Property is a bit dated and needs a facelift, but you can’t beat the price and location. Would return in a heartbeat."
