"The staff were extremely helpful. Their policy states that the airport transportation must be scheduled 72 hours in advance. We were stranded in Madrid by the airline and booked a room without looking at the fine print. The staff made an exception and promptly picked us up in a beautiful FORD TRANSIT! They were so nice. The food in the "cafeteria" was excellent! 24 euro for a 3-course meal with drinks."

"Très bel hôtel 4 étoiles avec lit très confortable et personnel à la réception très courtois. Sylvia parle français et donne tous les renseignements pour vous déplacer dans la ville. Prendre note que la piscine ferme le 9 septembre qui a mon avis devrait fermer un mois plus tard avec des températures à 34 degrés en septembre. Très bon déjeuner. Son emplacement est plus facile lorsque vous êtes en voiture mais avec le bus et le métro, il faut prévoir 40 minutes de la Puerta del sol et à 1 heure de l’aéroport T1. Sinon, 15 minutes en voiture. Le prix est bon vu qu’il est plus éloigné du centre. Très bon rapport qualité prix."
