La Capannina with view over the green tuscany hills

Relax with the whole family in this completely independent cottage, in the Tuscan countryside, overlooking the hills at the foot of the San Gimignano Towers up to the Apennine mountains. Thanks to its location, within an hour's drive you can reach Florence, Pisa and Lucca. in 15 minutes to San Gimignano and 20 minutes to Siena and Volterra. The Tyrrhenian coast is also easily accessible.
The location is also ideal for those who love outdoor walks or bike excursions.
The cottage has private parking, and an exclusive fenced garden with plants.
In the garden there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture where you can relax while sipping a good glass of wine or reading a book.
The entire structure is on the ground floor, also excellent for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Upon entering we find the large living room area, kitchen furnished in typical Tuscan style, the bathroom complete with shower, the double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
The property has wifi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump system for heating and cooling.

The river creates enchanting corners for hiking and observing: the engineering works for gathering water, the artifical canal system for carrying the water to the city, the caves. A particularly suggestive point is the Diborrato water falls, a 15m jump which is more than 10m deep, a sort of small lake where the locals used to go to cool off. Das wichtigste vorab: Das Haus ist ein Traum und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. En Detail: das Haus hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, vor allem durch die schönen alten Möbel und die orange Farbe im Inneren - gleichwohl ist alles auf sehr gut renoviertem Stand und das Bad ist modern und komfortabel. Das Haus liegt auf einer "Hochebene", so dass man einen genialen Blick in die Umgegend hat und sofort in Urlaubsstimmung ist. Die Laube im Garten ist super, um dort zu essen oder zu verweilen. Nicht zuletzt viele Kleinigkeiten sorgen dafür, dass man sich als Gast sofort willkommen fühlt, wie z.B. Adapter in den Steckdosen, kleine Flaschen mit Wasser für Ausflüge, ein Glas mit Süßigkeiten und ein Besuch der Eigentümer am ersten Abend mit einer Flasche Wein. Wir hatten einen genialen Urlaub und wollten gar nicht mehr weg.
