"Wonderful hotel in a good area. We went with our two small kids."

"We knew the hotel would be very basic (based on the price), but it was worse than we expected - not a friendly welcome, very old amenities, €10 room service fee, toilet tank takes 5-10 min to refill. Glad we were there only for the night!"

"It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."

"The hotel was very convenient to the Porto Garibaldi and an easy walk to the landmarks we wanted to visit. The area was well serviced by public transport."

"Wonderful and friendly staff. They even let me store my lugaggage for a few days since we are coming back. Good location near the Metro trains. Grocery store, coffee bars, just short walking distance. The only thing is the hotel doesnt have a lot of amenities aside from a coffee shop and a breakfast buffet area for sale."

"Nice Italian vibes. We arrived earlier and they prioritized getting our room ready which is super kind. Building is clean. There are no amenities like a gym etc, but was not necessary for this trip. You get the Italian vibes. Nice area, not touristy. Good restaurants nearby. Metro station 4 min by foot. "
