This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Absolutely top notch housekeeping staff from top to bottom of the building. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Great bathrooms, close to soundproof walls, zero complaints here.

The hotel was good value for the central area . Reception, cleaning was excellent. The breakfasts were an extra €9 each and limited but ok. The weather outside was cold and it took a while for the room to heat up with the air con and separate electric wall heater but was then fine.The view from the window was disappointing but quiet.

Cereal, scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, cheese, etc. the hotel is very close to the train station and only 20 minutes to Madrid city centre (Sol station). Staff were lovely, professional & very helpful. Room was a good size and well maintained. Good food in the adjoining restaurant despite it being noisy and smoky. Overall a great value for a one-night stay so close to Madrid on a big holiday weekend.
