Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier.
It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges.
The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee.
I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.

7.6/10 Good! (6,058 reviews)
"As long as you know what to expect it's great. My partner and I stayed after seeing a show and it was so convenient vs going home again. We would not stay here for a London weekend 'treat' as there's no windows, no surfaces to put things down on - everything is stripped back and simple. Lay some ..."
