Dining area: a dining table suited to shared meals and flexible “work from home” setups.

Kitchen: equipped for everyday cooking with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, and dishes/silverware (including wine glasses).

Bathroom: a full-sized bathtub and shower, with hot water, body soap and shower gel.

Laundry and essentials: heating, shampoo/soap/shower gel, hair dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, washer, drying rack, and cleaning products.

Outdoor space: a backyard with outdoor furniture.

A car is the easiest way to explore Pendle and wider East Lancashire, and you’ll have free on-premises parking.

Colne Railway Station connects to the East Lancashire Line for links towards Nelson, Burnley, and onward to Preston/Blackpool (journey times vary by service).

Local buses run frequently between Colne, Nelson, and Burnley, with onward connections to nearby towns and villages.

Manchester Airport is reachable by public transport with changes (typically via Preston), or by car depending on traffic.

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
