This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

Decent hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Was disappointed in this hotel. It is very much a heads down and dont spend much time type hotel. 4 attempt later we got a suitable room after cleaning and maintenance issues. No bedside cabinet, no set of drawers, no window, no TV, no kettle. All could have been accepted if it wasn't for the thinnest pillows i have ever encountered . Of which you only get one each. Then there is the see through glass as a toilet wall where, when the doors open and you feel you are being reveals as a game show prize. Trying to communicate with most of the staff was very difficult and we had to ask for some compensation for the mess we had at the beginning of the day. This came in the form of coffee and croissants. The staff here were lovely and I felt the security was quite good. Which was needed directly outside . It is £15 a day to store your bags! And when in the lobby we heard lots of complaints so I feel there is a bit of fighting fire here instead of fixing the real problems. A shame as I like the location of these hotels and would have came back but the organisation and cleanliness is a big let down. There is a reason why all hotels have dark pattern carpets in the hallway and its because it gets very dirty very fast. Not inviting and much better hotels in area for same price unfortunately
