The hotel is very close for fast-food restaurant.So that reason is comfortable.Air condition is good at the room.I didn't book the breakfast during my reservation and I try to make the breakfast nobody informed must make reservation 1 day before.There is only one thing to negative.

We arrived late, so the 24 hour reception wa a good option for us. But the state of the hotel was not good. The room smelled like there had been a smooking, the door was difficult to open to our room as it was getting stuck on the carpet when pushed in. There was a needle in my fiances bed, so she unfortunately felt that. We were tired and slept fine in the bed otherwise. And the breakfast was ok.

at one time I am sure this property was really swag but now old and outdated however the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and the staff was excellent!!!! it was just a short walk from the train station and a short cut through the train station takes you to the Dom, museums and restaurants and shopping. if you are coming in on a train and want a convenient affordable place to stay this is the place!!

Clean, basic modern room. Used as a base for Phantasialand and Cologne. Near to motorway and transport links. Hotel staff friendly. Fast food outlets within 2 minute walk. Would stay again.

Het is een echte B&B, dus geen ruime kamers en badkamers. Weinig contact met personeel, maar de keren dat die er waren zijn ze vriendelijk. Staat gelegen naast een tankstation en naast een Burger King + Mac Donalds op 500 m. Voor de rest weinig te beleven, maar voor ons prima genoeg als tussenverblijf. Voor de prijs die ik betaald heb is het een prima verblijf geweest.

Habe den Fehler gemacht und ein bett leicht verschoben. Dabei ist der Staub in bündeln hervorgekommen. Richtig ekelig. Dreck war auch ohne ende da. Der Empfang am Abend war nüchtern und nicht freundlich. Für das Geld lege ich das nächste mal lieber noch ne Schippe drauf und gehe wo anders hin. Parken kostet 5 Euro extra.

Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar und das Personal ist freundlich. Es ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden muss dringend raus und Dusche und Bad brauchen eine Überholung bzw Tiefenreinigung. Für mich eher nicht nochmal.
