Great family room

We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

Staying at the hotel was challenging because I didn’t fully understand how things worked. Reception was not 24 hours so that made it challenging and when I did talk to someone at the front desk. He talked down to me and said “read, read everything its’s in the hotel on a qr code!!” The qr code was really tiny and when I put my bag on the table, I didn’t even see it until after he talked to me and I went searching for it. Also the tv never worked. And the water in the shower turned iced cold and reception was closed.

The parking possibility on the top is great, but I missed a sign or information how to lift up the door /fence when it is closed: on the way up you use the code, on the way down you have to pull the red/white chain!
