Great family room

We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

House keeping was very poor. Used towels were just left in the room without replacing them . And cleaning of the room/ carpet was not there . Needs to improve a lot .
