Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, fairly well located - about a 20 minute walk to the kolner dom. The streets nearby have interesting restaurants, stores and shops. It’s close to other nice sites (Melaten cemetery is about 20 minutes walk, the old medieval walls are just around the corner). The staff are particularly nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Good location and friendly staff. Neds aren’t overly comfortable and the pillows are probably the worst I have ever used. No real amenities but you can walk everywhere so as long as you’re not looking for luxury you should be alright here

The hotel was very nice and centrally located in the heart of town. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and metro lines. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our stay over two days was perfect. It allowed us to explore the Rhine River Castles and countrysides of Germany.

Lovely staff and tidy facilities. My room was on the 5th floor which required a flight of stairs from the elevator, which was not an issue for me but may be for some guests. No coffee/tea supplies in room. Well located and good value.

Nice hotel, good location

Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep.

Lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff are friendly and approachable. A great selection for breakfast. A glass or cup in the room would have been a nice, useful extra. Maybe even a bottle of water. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is on many different levels. Stairs are everywhere.

The room was very old and very hot (the weather was extremely hot). Beds were far apart. The lift only goes to the 4th floor, no airconditioning but a pretty small fan (which good only cover one bed). Good thing is the parking. Pretty small for 18 euros a night but directly at the hotel. This part of the city is very nice, close to the city centre, public tranportation close and a lot of cafes and restaurants.
