"Complimentary lobby coffee was cold. All ice machines were out of service. Our room was on the interstate side, and it was extremely loud"

"Right off the interstate so easy to find. Restaurant was very good and the Starbucks. Rooms are nice space and clean. Beautiful hotel inside. "

"Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers smoke in building, workers come to the door at 10:30 pm to “give towels”, never got fresh towels, the list goes on and on. It was the worst experience we have ever encountered. "

"Clean room, nice staff. Was out of hand soap. They brought more tho. The fridge made a lot of noise and needed defrosted. "

"Not the easiest to find the entrance to. A bit tricky. Check-in went fine, but desk was un-attended when I needed some assistance. Obvious smell of weed when I went in. Was supposed to recieve a package, 3 days later when I checked out I was told it never arrived. Nearby restaurants not very good."

"When I checked in I forgot to mention I was there for dog show and was given a room on second floor. When the the woman at check in saw that she caught me on my way to elevator and said she could change me to first floor! I very much appreciated this! Highly recommend!!!"

"The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're in Louisville and you just need a homebase to sleep and you don't like hotels, this is perfect. When we had some extra time, we walked around the quiet neighborhood. We found a great coffee shop and there are all sorts of cool shops/restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!"

"The carpet was sticky feeling and there was no breakfast even though the listing stated there was free breakfast available. Also, the tub drain was incredibly slow compared to the Niagra water pressure. Water is is good to have but not at the expense of showering in an ankle-high puddle."
