"We arrived very late. Because it was our first time there we each got free plays in the casino. The room was very nice. The bed was so comfy. The shower was great. The desk staff KK was so welcoming. We really enjoyed our one night stay. "

"We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now during the derby, its been 2 years since the last stay and lets just say conditions are not great. The rust/dirtiness / bugs etc was horrendous. Don’t think I will be going back. Lost a customer. Also, I understand about being pet friendly but also think that the dogs should be on a leash when in the public areas of the hotel instead of just roaming around the lobby and hallway ."

"We loved our Derby weekend here! The house easily accommodated our group of 12 adults (6 couples). Easily location to Uber to/from and some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was clean and well kept- cool property! We will be back "

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."
