"@12.05 am on 4-29-2026 at the middle of the nite, fire alarm announcement , everyone got up a rushed to the stairs down, after 15 second the cancelled, my suggestion is if property is not confirmed the fire why should they announce in the middle of the nite, there are all ages of customers staying at the property . they all start coming down through the stairs from level 14th downward. it was very inconvenient for the guests."

"Food service hours can be inconvenient. This includes purchasing a simple cup of coffee before 6:30 AM."

"We stayed at this property with two families for a long weekend volleyball tournament in April. The property was immaculate, adorable and close to many shops and restaurants. We were easily able to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy all it had to offer! The home was also very close to downtown Louisville and convention centers. The host was very accessible and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We would recommend this home to anyone and will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Louisville! "

"The room and property was super cute and clean!! The locks for the doors were not the easiest to work and there was no staff to ask about them. It said there was parking available behind but if you leave once the club in front opens you lose that parking and have to park several blocks away. The club stays open and bumping until about 3-4am and the rooms are essentially part of the club as the yard of the rooms is the club. This makes it very hard to sleep since the rooms are made out of storage containers with not much sound barrier. Perfect place for young club goers to stay but not for those who like to sleep at night. Also, we had people at our front door fighting at about 2am. But like I said to begin with…maybe one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed."
