"Room wasn't ready when I checking 8:30 pm. Put one to room at 9:45 pm. When I went to room bedding wasn't change to new one. One staff brought new one but didn't know how to change it. I had to help her to change bedding. I ask to speak to manager but wasn't there. I taked to 4 different staff different ..."
