Need a great Colorado Springs vacation rental? Looking to be close to Ft. Carson, Shriver, or even Peterson military installations, no problem you are within 15-20 minutes of any of them. Downtown is also only a quick 20-minute drive! Look no further, this adorable 2-story home is ready for your stay. Plenty of room for everyone in this spacious, cozy, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 3 bedrooms on the upper level and 1 bedroom and full bath on the lower level.

Enjoy this perfectly laid out 1700 sq/ft home with vaulted ceilings and space for everyone! On the main floor is a large living room with Smart TV and fireplace! Turn on the fireplace, kick back and relax. The kitchen is well stocked with granite countertops and ready for you to cook up some meals! Also, plenty of seating areas with 2 different tables to utilize. Easy access to the attached 2-car garage and 1/2 bathroom. Head upstairs and there are 3 bedrooms including a master suite with king size bed a futon and a full en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are an additional 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other a full-size bed. Another full bath with shower/tub combo off the hallway.

Want a little extra privacy? The 4th bedroom is on the lower level and has a Queen and a full bathroom and laundry located here as well. The backyard is large and is fully fenced in with a patio, BBQ, and sitting area to enjoy. The home is PET FRIENDLY! Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend with you, we do have a MAX limit of TWO and there is a pet fee of $75.

Military family visit

Overall great location to Ft Carson.. Great living room/dining area except fireplace was not working . Kitchen was nice but not as well stocked with utensils as others we have stayed in and stove/oven might need replaced soon. No main floor bedroom for senior citizens… very steep steps. Very glad for this location.

Spacious home with all amenities, fenced backyard, garage access which made it nice during those frigid days and nights. House is decorated very nice. Only thing I wish is the fireplace would work but no impact on our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and functioning. We had all the necessities needed to cook in the kitchen, including a crockpot. My only suggestion would be some anti-slip strips for the bathtubs.

Clean Hideaway in Colorado Springs

The communication with the property management team was efficient. The property was very clean, tested by walking around in white socks. The response time was quick to any questions we had. The property was located near our family and friends. The property owner provided plenty of towels, plates, bowls, and spices for cooking or serving dinner. The only issue was the moths. Try to get in before dark and be careful going in and out. Also, the property is not handicap accessible.

Girls’ Getaway

We loved the house. It was the number of beds and baths we needed. Very nicely furnished! It turned out to be much further from Colorado Springs than we realized. We really would have liked to have had access to local news and weather on the tv. We also did not want to pay for the tv options, so the tv was useless to us.

Nice neighborhood

What a great property! The only thing I lacked was a paring knife and that was remedied with a trip for groceries. We used the grill, watched some TV and relaxed before my son had to report to base. It was nice to not have the “city” on top of you and really wasn’t more than a 15 minute drive to get what we needed for supplies. I would recommend this to anyone with a need for four bedrooms and extra bathrooms. I will definitely use this property again if it is available.

Leaf family reunion

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the small back yard where Our daughters dog could run. The house is about 20 minutes away from most attractions around Colorado Springs. For us the biggest problem was the basement bedroom. It was cold and dark. However some of our family like their bedroom cold, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The property was in a nice quiet spot. Morning walks with our pup were enjoyable. The trails had wonderful views of the mountain. Very dog friendly! There was an air show the weekend we stayed. We could see and hear them while sitting in the backyard. Hot air balloons flew over as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even coffee and filters! This property is about 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. It is about 25 minutes to Colorado Springs. We would stay here again. Was great for our family of 5 humans and one fur baby!

Enjoyed the layout so family members w infant could be two floors away at night. Enjoyed kitchen and bath renovations. Enjoyed open living,dining and kitchen area. Needs new coffee machine, repaired screen door and repaired basement bedroom window screen. Needs carpets cleaned if rented to crawling baby. Needs blinds and /or curtains on windows without covering. Enjoyed exploring a new area of Colorado Springs, learning about air and space force bases and Veterans Cemetery. Good playgrounds for baby. City of Fountain had good grocery and restaurant options. Served well for visiting friends in CS during day and returning for sleeping and breakfast. Enjoyed shopping/restaurants at The Citadel mall area.

Great size for 3 couples

We had a lovely weekend. The house is a good size for 3 couples. Both the kitchen table and couches had plenty of room for 6. It does need some maintenance. The drain in master bath not draining well. The benches in the kitchen had broken rungs and were slightly unstable. We had to be very careful. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook which was great. The step into the garage was broken and unsafe . Two in our group fell and we had to stop using that door. Luckily had only minor injuries. I notified the manager and he was very responsive. I feel like he will get it fixed right away. The neighborhood is run down and not well cared for. The yard of this home was a mess of weeds and we did not want to spend any time outside. However, there is a 2 car garage abdcthatcwas lovely. Overall, it was a good value for the money and we enjoyed it.
