The perfect location for family vacations, work retreats, and exploring Pikes Peak National Forest, Mueller Park, and nearby Colorado Springs. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in Woodland Park, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two living areas.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets with striking mountain views from the side deck and loft area just off the primary bedroom. Nature and wildlife abound. Encounters with deer, rabbits, foxes and bears are possible. Enjoy a drink on the side deck or light up the night with the gas fireplace to make wonderful memories. Explore mountains, streams, hiking trails, state parks and more. Hike in the nearby Pikes Peak Forest or around North Catamount Reservoir.
