Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We extended our stay a day and then we’re kicked out because they weren’t aware of our extension. They locked us out and had cleaning people there when we had extended this day two days before. We had to move to a hotel and it was a massive inconvenience.
