Beautiful Home in Downtown and by Colorado College. New furnishings & Clean!

Home is located on a tree lined street in central Colorado Springs. The area is called the Old North End and was developed around 1900. The house is a remodeled home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5baths, sleeps 5. Our home was built in 1900 and features original wood floors and trim. Everything else has been updated. Kitchen has gas range, Island hood, tile floors, breakfast bar, adjacent dining room & more. The property has off street parking and is 1-2 blocks to Colorado College, 1 mile to downtown Colorado Springs, about 10-15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and quick and easy access to I-25. From the house you can get just about anywhere in Colorado Springs in 15-20 minutes. There is WiFi, 50 inch HD TV, cable tv and internet service, linens/towels/blankets/pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress, the second bedroom has a twin Daybed and the living room has a full sized pullout Sofa sleeper. There is a front porch with table and two chairs and the back patio has a table with 6 chairs and two Adirondack type chairs with propane BBQ grill. The house has central Air Conditioning but being a 118+yr old home, the upstairs doesn't cool as well as the main level. The home is very comfortable and completely set up as a vacation home. This house was perfect for the 3 of us. It’s close to pretty much everything, but still a very quiet location. Loved the kitchen and ability to make full meals! Definitely recommend.

Northend House

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location was great and we were an easy drive to all parts of town. I would highly recommend this house to stay in when you are visiting Colorado Springs!

Great Location

The house was in a great location to access all the local attractions. Very clean and comfortable just as pictured. The host provided a lot of info on the house and area attractions which was helpful and very accomodating on our early arrival. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, we had all the dishes we needed to cook a nice meal, and communication was so simple. The owner responded in great time. Not a single issue. Will book again every time I am in the area.

Cute little stay

This house is in the perfect location. It’s small but the host has done a nice job creating plenty of space to hang out. The bedrooms are very small upstairs but it worked great for 2 of us. Bed was comfy and kitchen was great!! Mark was also very helpful and communicated well.

Colorado Vacation

We loved staying here!! It was a perfect location for all the tourist things we did. The house and beds were comfortable. It was very hot outside on our trip and the house cooled very nicely. The parking was great. The patio was a nice place to eat after a day of enjoying what Colorado Springs has to offer, and we loved being able to grill. Mark was a very responsive host.

Fun visit

We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it. It has plenty of room, big kitchen and all the amenities. It’s close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We will definitely book it again when we visit the area next year. -William Taylor

Charming and comfortable

The living space and kitchen were perfect for our weekend. Kitchen was stocked well for our needs. Great view of Pikes Peak when walking/driving on San Miguel. Central air conditioning kept us very cool during a weather spell in the high 90’s.

Lovely old house, updated but still charming. It looks exactly like the photos. The document Mark sends out just before your arrival contains everything you need to know. Nice neighborhood and location. The off street parking is really convenient. Reasonably priced and I would recommend this host and property without reservation. Thank you!

Cute & Cozy Cottage

We chose this charming little house because of its proximity to family during the Christmas holiday. It was performed our family of 4, very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer came in handy too. Great location very close to downtown, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The owner was very easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend!

Sunny days in Colorado Springs

My husband and I visit our son in September but needed to rent a place this year. This house is 5 minutes from his house and very close to downtown, where we like to hang out. It was a perfect place to end the day at, as well as have guests at during the day. We enjoyed the nice kitchen too; even cooked a meal there one night. I especially liked the check-in book which included the family history attached to the house. Would definitely stay again!!

Enjoyable

I spent 3 weeks here for business. The location was convenient to everything and located in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood. The first floor of the home was spacious and relaxing, lots of conveniences with old world charm. The bedroom and walk-in closet made it easy and convenient to access clothes and store luggage. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for any age group.
