Spacious family home in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Colorado Springs. Enjoy expansive views overlooking the city, mountains, and Air Force academy from the decks, plus a huge spiral slide! Spend your evenings around a rustic, stone fire in the back yard or recovering from the days adventures in the oversized, 7 Person Hot Tub. Inside, find a dining room, two living rooms, and a game room with a Pool Table. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day of adventuring!

Beautiful neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance from Cottonwood Creek Park, a frisbee golf course, and running/walking trail.

I am available by phone or text at any time during your stay if you need anything! I live close by in case of any emergencies!

Very spacious. There are multiple spaces for groups to hang out or visit. Different activities can happen at the same time. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The host, Austin, was amazingly responsive and prompt with any issue or request we made before, during and after our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home in Colorado Springs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. The kids enjoying playing in the hot tub and playing with the pool table in the basement. We felt safe in the neighborhood and all of the appliances and electronics (TV, Internet) worked without any issue. This space is big enough for a large family or even a couple of families with their children. I would highly recommend trying out this location!

Great home in a quite neighborhood. Good location. But since this is a old house it needs some maintenance for Ex: carpet edges came off and the sharp pins were exposed. If not careful it will definitely puncture your feet. Otherwise overall it's a good house.

Great base for exploring!

We really enjoyed staying here and using this as a base for exploring all that the Colo. Springs area has to offer - Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Great Wolf pool. There was plenty of space for 5 and the slide is a fun feature.! Owner was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had.

USAFA Reunion

Grandparent, children and grandchildren all found a niche in the house. The bedrooms upstairs were great for our adults and grandchildren, while the basement bedrooms were great for this "grandma" and the "aunt". The hottub was well used and enjoyed.

My family enjoyed our stay here. We did have some trouble with neighborhood dogs barking late into the night, but the owner was responsive to our pleas for quiet, and it did subside after a while. The house is nice and big, good kitchen, the beds are just ok. For a family of 8 with lots of age range it was a very nice stay with great amenities close by. Definitely worth considering if you need space for teens...

The property was well taken care of and worked great for our family of seven with kids ranging from ages 3 to 16. The house had space for everyone to do their own thing or rest after long days of exploring the Colorado Springs region. The pool table in the basement provided bonus fun for dad and the older kids. Felt like home…

We stayed for a week while visiting family in the area. The house gave us a meeting spot with lots to do. We enjoyed the board games, puzzles, and pool table. The hot tub was well maintained and perfect on a cool night. Access to the garage with a remote was totally unexpected! We greatly appreciated all the supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, trash bags….).The towels were plentiful and high quality, not thin white hotel style! The host contacted us shortly after our arrival to be sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for offering your place!

Phenomenal Family Fun

This property was in a safe and quiet neighborhood with something for the whole family. We are a family of 10 with kids ages 5-18 and this place won praises from all. INSIDE: 3 second story bedrooms (with 2 bathrooms) and 2 basement bedrooms- all with queen beds. The basement has a pool table, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and a bathroom- with an exterior door straight to the hot tub. My teens loved this as their vacation space! It would also be good for a second family if you are traveling with someone. On the main floor the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools for meals in; the table big enough to seat 10! (another smaller table in the kitchen as well.) Also on the main floor were two family rooms (each with 2 couches and one with a large TV) as well as a laundry with the lovely new washer and dryer. One touch I LOVED about this home was it came with cleaning supplies like brooms, dish and laundry soap, and surface cleaner. So many vacation rentals have no way to tidy during your stay! OUTSIDE: A hot tub, firepit ( with wood!), lovely deck to watch the sunrise and sunset, and a grill with propane set the scene for lovely family memories. HOST: responded quickly to questions and promptly handled minor issues. LOCATION: not necessarily near the things we came to the area for.... but the drive was never longer than 30 minutes nor was there too much traffic so this was a non issue for us. OVERALL: Just choose this one. Clean. Well stocked. Fun. Win win win.
