About this property

Country Barn House

  • Enjoy our country barn house close to city living. We have a beautiful location in fountain halfway between Pueblo CO and Colorado Springs CO. Not to far from Fort Carson and only 5 min from PPIR (Pikes Peak International raceway). Walking trails close by for a quick stroll. Fully equipped house with 2 queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Please note we don't include personal items such as shampoo and conditioner but do include all household necessities. The whole house is yours minus the garage but lots of outside parking. Enjoy the mountain view’s of pikes peak

    Our country barn house is in a hidden gem location. We are far enough from the city that you can see the stars at night without the city lights but only a 5 min drive to I-25 for a quick access to all your city needs. Fountain creek runs along the back side of our property which also being in wildlife. It’s not uncommon to see a flock of wild turkeys, deer, antelope, or to hear coyotes. We are close to Fort Carson as well as a couple trains. For the most part it’s quiet but every now and then you may hear a train or fort Carson training sounds. Both bedrooms are open spaces but still semi private. One of the bedrooms is in the loft. The second bedroom is on the lower level and is open to the living room. If you have a party of 4 and don’t want to bed share the couch in the living room can be made into a bed. We do live on the property but in a completely separate house that is away from the barn-house. We have a zero contact check in.
